You People Make Me Sick
This from the tax Nazi's:
Pelosi had said nixing tax cuts for half-million-dollar earners "might be more
important to the American people than ignoring the educational and health needs
of America's children."

What the hell kind of people could actually agree with what Nancy Pelosi is saying here? These are the same people who buy into the "live and let live" motto. What business is it of yours if someone who works their ass off gets to keep the money they spend all day earning? The answer is that it is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! If you want more money going to the government, then YOU give more. If you don't give more, but expect others to do so, then you are a hypocrite.

Yeah. I'd much rather keep an extra $100 in my pocket -- a year -- instead of improving schools, feeding the poor, and taking care of people without health care. After all, wouldn't Jesus do the same?

The hypocrites are the "Christian" Republicans who piss and moan about social programs, and other things that take an extra buck or two from their pocket...a paycheck. Although, I would much rather keep that dollar in my wallet than have the government spend it on this BS war.

Oh, and don't hand me any malarkey concerning charitable giving. I've seen people -- working at a store where we have charity funds and ask costumers to donate -- refuse to give their whole seven-cents in change to either a reading fund or St. Jude's hospital. People driving cars with "Bush & Cheney" slapped on the bumper, as well as jokers slinking around in cars with "Kerry & Edwards". Republican and Democrat alike, so I'm not pointing fingers; I'm just pointing out that charitable giving alone doesn't cut it -- Regan understood that.
